Industry standard TO package discrete IGBT devices combining technology from a MOS gate and a bipolar transistor optimising the component for high voltage and high current applications. Devices also offer Trench-Gate Field-Stop technology providing greater control of dynamic characteristics with a lower Collector-Emitter Saturation Voltage for fewer switching losses.
