MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) is a relatively new standard, mainly used in mobile device applications. The application can be divided into DSI (display bus interface) serial display interface, CSI (camera serial interface), DPI (display pixel interface). DSI defines a high-speed serial interface between the main processor and the display module. The MIPI TFT LCD module introduced by Raystar has a high-speed advantage compared to the RGB interface. Our MIPI DSI standard TFT LCD display module contains different features, including high brightness, wide temperature, and wide viewing angle, etc.

4" Portrait MIPI TFT Displays

WF40ESWAA6MNN0 & WF40ESWAA6MNT0 (Resistive Touch Panel) are High Brightness 4 inch Square IPS TFT-LCD module; made of resolution 480 x 480 pixels. WF40E modules supports MIPI DSI Serial interface (2 lanes), it featured with IPS panel which is having the advantage of wider viewing angle of Left:80 / Right:80 / Up:80 / Down:80 degree (typical), contrast ratio 800:1 (typical value), high brightness 1000 nits (typical value), glare surface panel, aspect Ratio 1:1.

The modules have integrated driver IC ST7701S on module, the interface supply voltage range from 2.5V to 3.6V, typical value 2.8V. WF40E module can be operating at temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.  

5" Portrait MIPI TFT Displays

The WF50DTYA3MNN0 & WF50DTYA3MNG10 (projected capacitive touch) 5-inch IPS TFT display modules are designed for portrait mode and support the MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) DSI (Interface Serial de Display). Featuring a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Its MIPI DSI interface facilitates efficient communication and supports a variety of data-encoding formats. The IPS panel provides a wider viewing angle of 80 degrees in all directions (Left: 80 / Right: 80 / Up: 80 / Down: 80).

Operating within a temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃, with storage temperatures ranging from -30℃ to +80℃, this module is well-suited for diverse environments. It has a compact module dimension of 66.10 x 120.4 mm, featuring an active area (AA) size of 62.1 x 110.4 mm. The integrated driver IC, ILI9881C, contributes to its efficient performance.

With a power supply for the analog range set between 2.5V to 3.6V (typical value 3.3V), this 5-inch MIPI LCD Display Panel delivers a brightness of 300 cd/m² (typical value) and a contrast ratio of 800:1 (typical value). The TFT module supports a 4-lane MIPI DSI serial interface, providing advantages such as low power consumption, high transmission rates, and resistance to noise and interference. These features make it particularly suitable for low power consumption applications that require a reliable MIPI display panel or MIPI LCD panel with a MIPI interface.

8" Portrait MIPI TFT Displays

The WF80GSYAUMN series comprises three distinct 8-inch TFT-LCD display modules, namely WF80GSYAUMNN0, WF80GSYAUMNG0, and WF80GSYAUMNT0, designed for diverse applications.

All three modules boast an 8-inch display with a resolution of 800×1280 pixels, an aspect ratio of 10:16, and a contrast ratio of 1500:1 (typical). They all employ IPS panel technology, ensuring relatively wide viewing angles (left: 85, right: 85, up: 85, down: 85 degrees, typical value).

By utilizing the ILI9881C driver IC and supporting the 4-Lanes MIPI DSI interface, these modules offer advantages such as low power consumption, high transmission rates, and compatibility with multiple data-encoding formats. They are suited for vertical screen orientations in vending machines, ship control panels, home surveillance systems, and smart door locks.
